You can check every line. You buy it once.
Twenty-five UK companies whose ownership moved in the last 90 days, from your slice of the Companies House register.
A slice is a small group of related trade codes, usually three, that a buyer thinks of as one industry. We read every active company in it to find the twenty-five.

The whole slice
One quarter, exclusively yours
Let us scope it
Priced per slice, because slices differ.
Every ownership movement filed in your slice that quarter, not a selection of twenty-five, and nobody else served in that slice while it runs.
- Whatever filed, however many. In warehousing that has been 123 in a quarter
- Nobody else is sold that slice for the quarter you hold it
- It ends with the quarter. No term, no renewal, no notice to give
- Want it again? Buy it again. Do not want it? It frees up
A conversation, not a checkout.
Why the second one has no price on it. Holding a whole slice for a
quarter costs us the other maps that slice would have sold, and that number is different
everywhere. In machining it is none, because the register only produced twenty-one
movements and there was never a second map in it. In warehousing it is four. Putting one
figure on this page would be wrong almost everywhere, so we quote your slice instead.
What buying looks like
No seatNobody logs in. You are buying a
piece of work, not access to a tool you then have to use.
No termNothing renews and there is nothing
to cancel. One purchase, finished when it is delivered.
No trialThe register page is free and stays
free. Read it first and judge the method before you buy anything.
You buy again when the register movesNot on a
billing date. When the next quarter files and you want another read, you buy that one.
Every claim traceableEach line links to the
filing behind it. Where a check cannot close, we say so and give the reason.
What it does not do
It is not a list of businesses for saleIt tells
you the ownership of a company changed, on a date, and who is behind the company that took
over. Whether an owner wants to talk is your conversation to have.
It does not value anythingThese companies file
small-company accounts, so turnover is not public. We do not estimate it.
It does not promise a dealThere is no guaranteed
number of conversations or completions, and anyone promising you one cannot know.
We have contacted nobodyNo owner named in a map
has heard from us. The approach is yours to make.
